i changed to pool house vets a few years ago when my own vet stopped offering out of hours. i have had to call the vets about three times in the last few years . You cant get an appointment unless you are prepared to wait three days or more the price they charge is extortionate i paid £900.00 to have three of my cats teeth extracted last year and now she is suffering with her mouth and they have suggested another scan on the gums . i am changing vets for sure they are supposed to care for our animals but its all about money

We've used Poolhouse for a number of years and always found them very helpful and caring towards our pets from the reception team to the veterinary surgeons.

I received text to say I needed to collect meds for one of my dogs .I rang and confirmed that there was a prescription due in 28 day for another dog. They took the money for prescription then 2 days later refused to give prescription as is wasn't due for 28 days. Incompetent people working reception.

Friendly and attentive both times we have been, gave good advice and treatment without leaving us with the feeling that they were in it for the money unlike some vets we've been to. Cooper liked her.

I have been a member of pool house a number of years now, I have a rabbit, cats, and now a puppy. With every pet I have taken, I have received an extremely warm welcome and exceptional service. Staff have gone above and beyond in the past. From the receptionist nurses and vets every single member of the team I have encountered has been professional, knowledgeable, and given excellent service. I can't recommend pool house highly enough. Thank you 😊
