Please think twice before trusting this practice with your pet. I’ve recently learned that in the UK, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) regulates individual vets, not veterinary practices. That means Vets4Pets as a business is not directly regulated by the RCVS, which leaves pet owners with very limited options if something goes seriously wrong. My pet tragically passed away after over two years of treatment here. A critical condition—having only one kidney—was never diagnosed in all that time. The suffering my pet endured, and the pain of losing them under these circumstances, is something no owner should have to go through. Please be cautious. I wouldn’t want anyone else to experience the same heartbreak.

Choose wisely and do not go through the distress of trusting this veterinary practice to allow your pet to suffer then ultimately lose their life. Utter disgusting!!! No empathy!!! No remorse or accountability shown!!!

Avoid at all costs. My dog was given 2 different diagnoses from Vets4Pets when seen within a week from 2 different staff. The vet hugely misinformed me of treatment cost quoting £500, which was actually £3600. When I emailed to complaint no accountability was taken instead they have terminated my care plan and offered to euthanise my dog, as a “good will gesture” they waved my care plan cancellation fee. Awful attitude from the female vet, no empathy, incredibly rude and ill-informed at her job.

We have a 11 year old Whippet, She has been with Vets for Pets for years now , until recently, after we had a bad experience and changed vets , after years of us paying for all routine checkups aswell as treatments needed for her we were failed when the new vets have told us she has a enlarged heart and needs lifelong medication. This is something that could have been brought in a long time ago but clearly their routines are just for money making benefits as we were never told about any issues with our girl. We are now treating her with medication to prolong her life and thank god we went to another vets otherwise we would have dealt with the consequences of her not being here due to not actually being checked properly . Do not recommend, vets are not interested and clearly not good at what they do . Different veterinarians every time and just want you in and out , Livid is not the word .
