Not the best of place took the dog there and experience wasn’t great , the interaction and information of what could be wrong with him wasn’t good and the service wasn’t good just seemed like they want to squeeze you for what they can . Would not use again . To much to say but I’ll keep that to myself but I’d stay away if you love you’re pet

Very sadly I had to have my beautiful dog Chestnut put to sleep today, the Vet and the staff were absolutely amazing during this difficult, sad time, I was not rushed, they explained everything and were extremely caring and respectful, thank you

Oh my god, the wait times. Appointment at 4pm and I’m still sat here 40 minutes later. This isn’t isolated either, all our animals are registered some waste hours just getting them weighed and vaccinated

Terrible experience. I can’t be asked to write the whole ordeal, I just want to say stay away if you love your dog. There is no one here willing to treat your dog they prefer to run you around paying for appointments and unnecessary treatments that don’t help. I am very upset with this place and won’t be going back ever again. Should be closed down. I spoke to a few people in the parking that felt exactly the same.

Very nice vets. They have been wonderful with all our dogs. Jessie found the vet we saw very reassuring when she went for her jabs. Would recommend.
