TL;DR - Admin team are lovely, vet I saw was lovely, costs are given up-front before work is committed. Can't fault them. As a first time pet owner there's a LOT to get used to very very quickly, and a surprise infection in our first week is another thing on the list! The admin/reception team were immediately so welcoming, really helpful in getting our friend registered and are clearly animal lovers themselves. The waiting room is calm, quiet and clean. Booking an appointment is super easy and can be done online, just give as much info as possible about the symptoms your pet is experiencing as this saves some time during the appointment. I saw a lovely vet who did her best to put my very nervous animal at ease, and examined her with a firm confidence that got the job done with minimal distress. We have testing lined up, we know how much that will cost already, the reception staff were then so helpful in explaining to me (a total amateur) how to collect the sample for them. Can't fault my experience at all. Think my pet was more nervous about some of the other animals in the waiting room than anything else, but is much the same when we're not at the vets!

Sadly my cavapoo of 12.5years was put to sleep on the 8th September 2025. The staff were absolutely fantastic with us. Nothing was a problem. They were kind, caring and showed a lot of empathy towards us and Blake. We; Robert and I cannot thank you enough. When we collected Blake’s ashes which will go into my coffin when I died…I couldn’t believe how professional they were. Blake was returned to us in a graceful presentation case. We broke down in the car just glad Blake’s home with us now. Thank you lime tree vets xxx

Just fantastic, caring, extremely talented vets, Even the Dogs enjoy the visits

Vetsnow transferred the care of my very ill Greyhound to the care of Limetree for 3 days. The level of care was 1st class. I was kept informed of her progress and treatment at all times. Everyone involved showed kindness and compassion to Belle and I. The practise is very well managed, clean and pleasant.

We called the out of hours after our dog had fell awkwardly. We were told that it would be in the region of £350. We were happy to pay it. Took our dog straight away he was seen within 5 mins then the vet assesed him for a about 15mins. We were told it was just a sprain. We came to pay the bill and was told there was no charge. Fantastic people loving kind and genuine. Ralph is doing great now thank you very very much
