Helped immensely today with a stray cat we took in, we contacted them to advise we had a stray cat and asked for their advice. They advised to head along so it could be scanned for a microchip, we went down, the cat was scanned and the owner was contacted. The cat was 17 years old, deaf and had been missing for a week. The cat was reunited with its owner shortly thereafter. Thankyou for assisting.

When you go to a vet and ask for help for your animal , they are suppose to offer help and try their best to investigate the animals health . In this day I was told that they didn’t know what what wrong with my pet and that they would prescribe antibiotics. Why would you prescribe antibiotics if you don’t know what’s wrong with it ?? Sad to say I’m going to cancel everything . Not only I have been paying for monthly pet care . I was gobsmacked when they made me pay £69 for the appointment and antibiotics, that were suppose to be for free. This vet surgery has gone so bad . So many other people are complaining as well . Only one vet has been nice . And I haven’t seen her since I first went in with my pet . And to finish, don’t even call them . They never answer the phone or read emails .

I registered my Border Collie Pippa couple of months ago and took out the monthly pet plan. The kennel cough vaccination is covered in the plan. I wanted Pippa to have the vaccination because she had history of it and she mixes with lots of other dogs in different counties. I was told that she does not need it so after a disagreement she finally got the vaccination. A couple of weeks ago I noticed her scooting and biting herself. Personally I would not be surprised if the treatments are cheap and of poor quality. I taken Pippa to the nurse at a cost of £28 to clear her anal glands out. The issue carried on so a couple of days ago I called the vets and was told to bring her down at no cost because you get so many visits in with the plan. The vet examined Pippa and checked her glands which were fine. I was told she might need some anti inflammatory tablets. When I went to pay for my tablets I was faced with a bill of £69.78 for the tablets and consultation. I was told by the receptionist I had to pay. You have to sign into this plan for 12 months but after then I will be taken Pippa elsewhere.
