We had an emergency with our dog and had an appointment with Vets now. Originally we thought the consultation fee was high but seeing the clinic and meeting the staff we understand this now. The care was second to none. We would highly recommend VetsNow at Stoke.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Vets Now Stoke. My dog Kya had been attacked by another dog during a walk, and when I arrived at the clinic I was completely beside myself with worry. From the moment I walked in, Amanda at the front desk was so kind, understanding, and compassionate. She got me some water and took me into a consultation room without delay, which meant so much in such a stressful moment. Katie, the vet who treated Kya, was absolutely wonderful — calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything that was happening. It really helped ease some of my anxiety knowing Kya was in such capable and caring hands. In moments like this, the last thing you want to think about is finances, but Amanda was once again amazing — patient, clear, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to the man who answered my initial phone call (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name). I was very emotional and overwhelmed, and he was so calm, kind, and reassuring on the phone — exactly what I needed in that moment. Thank you all for the care, compassion, and professionalism you showed both Kya and me. You made an incredibly difficult experience so much more bearable, and I’m so grateful

We had a nightmare with our cat getting out of her cone after being spayed and at 1am we had no choice but to call an out of hours vet for advice. They were nothing but attentive and kind when explaining what to do and offering to put her cone back on properly. I believe the staff member we had most contact with was Maisie and she couldn’t have done enough for us! Super patient, funny and friendly when we were at our wits end in the middle of the night. 10/10 would highly recommend for their service and demeanour alone. I’d love to say we will be back however I have my fingers crossed we won’t need another vet visit 😂

Twice recently we've had to take our Staffie to this clinic late on a Saturday. Both times we were seen quickly and our dog was given a thorough examination and solutions presented with appropriate medication, including an injection on 1st occasion and prescriptions to take away. The receptionist was friendly and informative and helped us deal with details of the insurance claim. We were reassured and supported to manage the crises until we could go back to our vet. My only quibble concerns pet transport. On the 1st occasion I was alone and had no car. The clinic gave me 4 numbers for transport. I rang all 4 and none was able to help.

Saved my dog Louis life after being hit by a van on Wednesday morning. What an amazing team. How he survived such a massive impact is a miracle. Thanks to everybody there especially the Vet who I met on arrival...her honesty, compassion and professionalism when talking through difficult decisions regarding Louis condition and money helped me so much at the time. Louis is improving every hour...he's just been wagging his tail like crazy and earlier barked when someone knocked on the front door❤️😁....as you can see from the last pic he made a full recovery😁
