Had to bring our dog in as he was very poorly after having an upset stomach and bowel. Vet saw him straightaway and operated on him that afternoon, as it turns out that part of his intestine had folded in on itself. Poor boy was very sorry for himself but Rebecca sorted him out very swiftly and after an overnight stay at Pool House, he’s now back at home to recover. Great attention and care for our boy: thank you!

After 14 happy years together I had to get my Dog euthanised in a hurry, one call and they managed to fit me in straight away. The staff were professional and compassionate throughout.

Took my dog in earlier today, I was convinced he was that ill I wouldn’t be bringing him home. All staff were very friendly and the vet assured me he was just unwell and to focus on getting him well before anything else, it’s nice to of gone to a vet’s that’s focus is on the animals health then upselling treatments or procedures that aren’t needed to just make money. Thank you guys so much, even though jacks only had the jabs from yourself he’s is more like his old self already and climbing up for fuss again, I’m sure once I start the rest of the meds tomorrow and Wednesday my baby boy will be back to normal x

I took my very anxious rescue dog for his boosters and discussed how anxious he is. The vet was very good with him and is working hard with us both to help him with his anxiety. Nice friendly service.
