We switched to Bright Side as we felt our senior dog needed a consistent vet as he enters his twilight years, which he wasn't getting at the previous vet. Bright Side have delivered an excellent, care driven service since joining them. Highly recommend.

The staff were all lovely. The vet was very understanding and sympathetic to the fact my cat was nervous . There is a separate waiting room for cats, it even had free calming wipes.

A great vets, they really care about your pets and are very happy to help in any way they can. I highly recommend them. They also have a free carpark. A separate room for cats to wait in.

I'm looking after my family dog for the week and she fell ill, we were treated by Emily and omg was she lovely super sweet and reassuring even while I had to call my mom. The staff are super accommodating and you can tell they love what they do, Emily was super brilliant with my puppy and was all round lovely. The treatment was rather cheap too, much more reasonably priced than other places

We were recommended this vrrx by a friend who thought they were kind, inexpensive and went above and beyond. We were not disappointed! The experience we had with our one poorly bunny and two healthy ones was so positive. Great advice, practical and no judgements. We sadly lost our poorly bunny and when we did they sent us a condolence card and wild flower seeds to spread in his memory. Such a nice vets. We have 2 cats in addition to our rabbits and will be taking them all here in future!
