Brought my kitten (Cosmo) to be vaccinated and spayed. I was delighted with the service for the following reasons: Quick turnaround in receiving responses via phone/WhatsApp, calendar availability, cleanliness, duty of care… along with sharing extensive knowledge. It’s nice to trust a vet practice with such competence. Most importantly Cosmo was calm throughout each procedure which gave me peace of mind in knowing she was in good hands. Exceptional service.

**2 months in and still they have done nothing not sorted a thing just cause upset and distress so the reassurance given by them is just so others believe they will help but they haven’t. Poor communication and animal all round. You will never get a service from this vets with the owners and management the way they are.****I would never use this vets again. been trying to make a complaint for months as they can't record even a pets date of birth correct, colour or when they were last seen and weighed. there customer service is awful. staff are friendly but nothing ever gets sorted as they are above there head. communication is nil but they can communication when it suits them or they want money

I have been a client of this practice for quite a while and have had many pets dealt with at this vets. I always find the staff to be very helpful and welcoming and the vets are thorough with their exams and give me all the required information I need to make the best decision for my pets. My most recent visit was for my cat's annual booster and health check. Harry examined both my cats from top to tail and made me aware of some health problems. Having all the information we managed to sort a referral to a specialist (which was organized same day). I know that my pets are always in good hands with this team, fantastic care and I couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic vets if not the best. I’ve been going here for 9 years now and I find them very professional, they treat your pets care as if the animal is their own. Absolute bonus that their prices are very competitive and fair. Open 7 days a week also keeps costs low compared to other local vets. Highly recommended 👍🏽

I would avoid at all costs. This company do not have animal welfare at the heart of their practice, they are simply looking for ways to make money! My dog went for her vaccinations and I mentioned her teeth had tartar. The vet wouldn’t examine her properly because she was ‘too jumpy’. She then told me she’d need teeth removing. She also went on the tell me my dog needs to go on long term medication for osteoarthritis. This would also mean she’d need regular blood and urine tests. I told the vet that although she was getting older I didn’t think she needed that treatment. I was told my dog was in pain and hiding it. I have just come from another vet for a second opinion; my dogs joints are fine for her age and she just needs her teeth cleaning. Please please don’t follow their advice without a second opinion.

I feel so sad reading the negative comments on here regarding this practice as my husband and I have only ever had fantastic experiences. We can not thank front of house/ vet nurses or Katie for their friendly approach and kind nature they showed towards ourselves but first and foremost our beloved dog Harley. We have followed Katie even as far as to stalk her along our boys journey as she is the only one who took time, patiences and above all care to put him at ease. I had registered Harley with a few vets and everytime we visited he would shake and hide under the chair or behind my legs with fear however with Katie's kindness he became more confident and would wag his tail as soon as he saw her. Unfortunately we had to have out beautiful boy put to sleep in June 2024 and always promised ourselves as well as Harley that when Katie said enough was enough it was time to make the most horrendous decision of our lives as we trusted her that much. Care, patience and love were provided from the time we made the horrible decision to the time we got our beautiful boys ashes back and we cannot thank Katie enough with words for what she did which was listen, talk us through and guide us with all the ailments Harley presented with over time. Thank you Katie and other staff members for showing Harley so much love and Kong paste......we will see you all again in the future when our time us right! Katie you will always hold a special place in ours and I know our dearly departed Harleys ❤️💙
