The vets, nurses and reception staff at Park House are amazing. Nothing is too much bother and they genuinely care about your pet as much as you. The care and attention is first class. Having had to go to the out of hours vets twice now, the service is just as good as a normal appointment. Having the out of hours service at the actual vets too, with familiar staff and medical notes, makes the experience a lot less stressful.

The reception staff consistently demonstrate exceptional politeness and helpfulness. We recently experienced the difficult process of euthanizing a family pet. The attending veterinarian exhibited remarkable care and compassion, affording us ample time for our farewells. The professional standard of service was outstanding..
