Always a warm and professional greeting. Knowledgeable and compassionate nurses and vets. All my pets have been with Grange Hill vets for 12yrs and have always taken wonderful care of them. End of life care done with care and compassion.

Grange hill vets have been very good with our dog Maisie who has anxiety. They eased her into her visits at the beginning to get her familiar to the practice. The vets are patient and understanding. Nurse Lesley has been doing socialising sessions and has become a friend of Maisie's.

Terrible service. Our belgian mallinois has a paw injury and we called Grange vets stating as he is in pain and given the breed he is likely to be aggresive and would benefit from being sedated outside. The receptionist was very rude and said they will "check with the vet", cut the phone off so we had to call back and their response was "we won't be admitting new patients this weekend so would need to be registered on Monday". This was just a way of not caring for our dog without saying no. We do not recommend these vets at all.

I honestly can't fault the practice, their work is very professional in such a small space, pity it's not somewhat bigger.
