Terrible service. Our belgian mallinois has a paw injury and we called Grange vets stating as he is in pain and given the breed he is likely to be aggresive and would benefit from being sedated outside. The receptionist was very rude and said they will "check with the vet", cut the phone off so we had to call back and their response was "we won't be admitting new patients this weekend so would need to be registered on Monday". This was just a way of not caring for our dog without saying no. We do not recommend these vets at all.

I honestly can't fault the practice, their work is very professional in such a small space, pity it's not somewhat bigger.

Very friendly relaxed environment. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. My dog had a very calm and happy experience and was not anxious.

From experience the vet/nurses/receptionist etc are great people. My Tacco past away on Saturday, they had for years looked after him. This was a terrible thing to go thru but they made it the best it could be. The use of a separate part of the house for his passing, made for us, I little more bearable. I could not thank them enough.

Grange Hill, and in particular Dr Emily Holmes, have been wonderful at providing great care for our cat, Stanley. He’s unfortunately been a bit of a regular at the vets, but Emily and the rest of the team have been amazing. Emily really cares about the pets and it shows in the way she’s always up to date on their notes, takes the time to listen to the owners, and gives them lots of love when they’re sat on the table being examined. I’ve never felt rushed during appointments and the options (along with costs) have always been clearly explained to me. There was great continuity of care, even when Stanley had to attend a specialist vet. We’re moving away so sadly need to change vet practice, and I can only hope the new vet team are as great as Grange Hill!

I'm not normally one to leave a review however, the professionalism, compassion and empathy that I received on my visit yesterday was unmatched. Unfortunately, my family pet of 20 years had to be put to sleep but Sally on reception managed the phone call and appointment process extremely well in such a stressful time, and Emily the vet is an absolute asset to not only the company but the veterinary register! Would recommend to anyone (and that's coming from a vet nurse herself)

Have a very big bouncy Staffordshire bull terrier, I was honestly dreading going with him as he so boisterous and just wants to love everyone. The staff welcomed him and put my concerns to rest. The vet he saw was very patient and calm with him .

I would not like to use any other veterinary service. I have been a customer for well over 30 years, first with cats, then dogs, and the service has always been second to none. Their standards have always remained high. Friendly and helpful staff. I trust them completely with the health care of my 2 frenchies.
